Depending on capability choose your level.
Beginner
- Side-lying with knees flexed 90º
- Place elbow beneath shoulder
- Place free hand over opposite shoulder (pushing down on it can assist shoulder stability)
- Straighten the torso until the body is supported by only the elbow and knee


Intermediate Level
- Side lying with legs straight (upper leg in front of lower)
- The torso is straightened until body is supported by only the elbow and feet
