Synergy Orthopaedic Clinic Fee Structure

Our structured clinic fees are outlined below. ​It’s recognised that treatment times can vary depending on the nature of the injury, and treatment is tailored accordingly.

Payment procedure:

You must pay after each appointment.  If needed, please request receipt at each treatment . Each treatment receipt outlines the visits /associated fees, and can then be used for your tax or health insurance.

Cancellations: We request that patients provide 24hours notice in the event of an appointment cancellation, to enable us refill the available slot with another waiting patient, please see the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and availability for all patients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • 48 hours or more notice: no fee will be applied
  • 24 to 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance: the full appointment fee will be charged
